What if my order is damaged when I receive it?

All shipping is at the customers risk. Unfortunately we can’t control how the courier handles the package, therefore should your package arrive damaged we ask that you contact the Courier Service that it was dispatched with and advise them that your order arrived damaged. You will need to quote your reference number sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. 

However, please email us at info@essieliving.com.au to let us know. At our discretion we may be able to offer you a replacement or store credit.
